    Craig is a recognized leader in ocean impact innovation and early-stage investing. He founded the Tidal Impact Fund in 2025 to support innovators building solutions for improving ocean health. Previously, Craig co-founded Sustainable Ocean Alliance (SOA), launching the Ocean Solutions Accelerator program in 2018, and served as Chief Impact & Investments Officer, where he led 70 ocean impact startup investments. He also co-founded Seabird Ventures, a VC fund backing early-stage companies restoring ocean health, and developed a widely used ocean impact tracking framework. Craig holds degrees in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (B.S.) and Coastal Science and Policy (M.S.) from UC Santa Cruz.

A trusted steward of early-stage investments, Marah brings over a decade of experience in venture capital and innovation strategy. She serves as a Principal at K2 Access Fund, a $20M early-stage venture fund, and spent 8.5 years at Verizon Ventures, which deployed over $150M across 70+ startups. Marah is known for her rigorous diligence, strong governance practices, and ability to build high-integrity partnerships across the startup ecosystem. She is deeply committed to aligning capital with values and helping mission-driven founders scale solutions for a healthier planet.
